Making Arrangements for
Your At The Beach Wedding
1.
Determine Your Date, Time and Wedding Site.
Some beach sites are located just a few feet from
parking and are easily accessible, whereas others are accessible by either a
path or stairs or both. Ceremonies may be performed on grass, cliffs
overlooking the ocean, on the surf, and of course, on beach sand. Consider
who will be attending before you make your decision on the location. We
can inform you which locations would be best depending on your circumstances.
(See form below)
2. Determine Your
Reception Site.
Sometimes ceremony times need to be changed to
accommodate an available time at the reception site.
3. Obtain your Wedding
License
You may obtain a Standard Wedding License in any
county in California, which will be good at any location in California.
(There is a Confidential Wedding License, in which the ceremony must take place
in the county in which is was issued). The ceremony must take place within
90 days after you obtain your marriage license. Call the County Clerk in
your area for the days and hours they will be open to obtain your license.
4. See the
