At The Beach Locations
. . . and What to Consider for Your Beach Wedding.
(Photos Below)

No wedding location can compare in beauty to the natural setting of a beach side ceremony.     However, some things must be considered before selecting your beach wedding site.
Who will be attending.  Some beaches are accessible to almost everybody, but some are not "accessible friendly" to the elderly or handicapped.  Some beaches are reached by dirt trails, some by wooden stair cases, some by both, and some have paved parking just a few feet from where the  ceremony would take place.   If everyone to attend is physically fit any of the locations below would be a good choice.  If there are elderly or handicapped attending your choices are more limited, but several beautiful locations are available.
How many will be attending.  Smaller groups are easier to accommodate at the beach and often times no permit is required (this will depend on particular city, county, or state requirements).  If  rain does happen it is much easier to move a small group inside at the last minute than it would be for a large group.  This will tie in to where you are going to have your reception. (See below).  For large groups it would probably be wiser to plan your wedding and reception to take place at a beach side hotel, resort, etc.
Where will the reception take place.  Will there be a room or location available at the reception site where you'd be able to move your ceremony at the last minute if it does happen to rain on your wedding day? There is not much chance of rain from June thru mid October.  As far as the other months are concerned, rain on weekends doesn't happen often,  but it does happen.
Time of day.  Mornings 'til  some time in the afternoon are usually calm.  Usually.  Your hair could be blown around.  It certainly won't last like it would indoors.  Wind usually kicks up about an hour before sunset and quits just after sunset.  The time of day in a particular month will also matter.  Part of May, all of June, and part of July is usually overcast.  It can get cold in the evening.
We can give you suggestions on almost anything concerning your beach wedding, depending on which beach you want your wedding to take place.  Just use the dialog box on the Arrangement & Price Quote  page to send us your request.
