Icings
Whipped Icing: an
American style whipped non-dairy icing that has the lightness
of whipped cream, but is more stable for use on decorated
cakes.
French
Buttercream
(Almond & Orange is our most popular flavor)
Optional flavors: vanilla flavoring, rum flavoring, or lemon
flavoring. This is our most popular icing, made with
imported style butter. It is light and creamy and gives a
beautiful European look to the cakes.
Extra Charge for following icings: White Chocolate Buttercream,
Shaved White Chocolate, Marzipan, Wrapped Chocolate, and
Rolled Fondant.
