SpeciaI order deposit. . .

A 50% non-refundable deposit is
required on all merchandise purchased, whether by special order or from store stock. All purchases are final.

Colors...

Manufacturer dye lots change and color swatches may vary slightly
from samples. We cannot always
guarantee perfect match.

Special order Layaway. . .

All special orders are put into layaway,
and regular payments must be made monthly, paid in full within three months.

Cancellations and postponements...

All bridal purchases, including special orders and stock gowns are final sales. Deposits are NOT refundable if you
change your wedding plans.

Bridesmaids dresses...
It is important that all orders for
bridesmaid gowns be placed at the
same time to guarantee that they
will be cut from the same dye lot.

When your gown arrives...

We will notify you by mail or by phone. Most gowns require fittings.
All alterations are in addition to the price of the gown. We will after garments after they have been paid in full.

Photographs...

Gowns may be taken from the shop
after they are paid in full.

Sale merchandise...

There is a minimal charge for pressing sale gowns. Bridal
bags are not complimentary.

Alteration Appointments...

Fittings require appointments to ensure a specialist is available to mark your gown. Please phone to make
appointments in advance. You will need the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear for the wedding.
We have a delightful selection available for purchase.

Measurements and changes...

Wedding gowns are not made to your exact figure. We carefully take your measurements and determine the closest standard on the manufacturers size chart. We do not judge, your size by the sample. Height, shoulder,
hip and bust measurements determine the standard size to be ordered. If special measurements are required there is an additional charge, which will be determined according to the individual manufacturer.

Fitting and extra sizing. . .

Our consultants can suggest the proper size to order, however, a perfect fit is not always possible. Our sizing scrutiny, with our many years of experience, is at the highest level. There is an additional charge for
bridal gowns requiring extra length, longer sleeves, additional lace, etc. Charges for changes vary with
each manufacturer. All manufacturers charge extra for sizes over 16.
